Become a volunteer

Find the program nearest you, go to your state's direct website and register to become a volunteer. The volunteer coordinator or state coordinator will contact you.

Prior to placement, you will be asked to attend a volunteer orientation/training session. Every effort will be made to place you in areas suited to your special skills or talents (i.e., translation, financial aid, graphic design, etc.). Whatever your capabilities, your volunteer service will be a valuable contribution to College Goal Sunday.

Can't find your state's volunteer application form? Submit the form below and we will forward this information on your behalf.

Note: College Goal Sunday is a charitable volunteer program designed for the benefit of the students and families it serves. To uphold the charitable nature of this event, supporting organizations, including, but not limited to postsecondary institutions, military branches, lenders, financial planners or any organization that charges fees for FAFSA completion, or testing or college recruitment services must agree that promotion of programs, services or products at any of the College Goal Sunday sites or events is strictly prohibited.

All volunteers must agree not to collect, take away or use any personal information provided by participants.
